Helps children develop strategies to enhance their own wellbeing through this form of expressive therapy.
Guiding children with learning expression with or without words when dealing a range of issues, for example:
Autism and Aspergers, low self-esteem, anger, anxiety, bullying, grief and loss, relationship difficulty and learning difficulties.
Working with different textiles, paint, clay, paper etc., our art therapy classes uses the creative process of making art to help children develop their own sense of expression and control. With encouragement and facilitation from our art therapist, these sessions are all about the process rather than the outcome.
Due to the necessity for small groups to best encourage your child’s growth, there are limited places in this programme.
